The Ordinary Lives of Women

The Ordinary Lives of Women is an exhibition curated by Margerita Pulè and Elise Billiard Pisani which opened its doors in early 2022 at Spazju Kreattiv in Valletta. 

The ten female artists within this collective exhibition approach the multi-faceted lives of those identified as women around the world. As the co-curators put it ‘they address the mundane in the revolutionary and reveal the revolutionary within the mundane’. 

Our graphic identity for the exhibition intends to show these different journeys of life by making use of linear forms. To complement the linear graphic, a custom typeface was developed to enhance the concept further.

The identity system was expanded to the printed matter, exhibition graphics and digital assets.
