SUPERORGANISM
SUPERORGANISM
SUPERORGANISM is an international exhibition which was held in Tartu(Estonia) – the European Capital of Culture 2024. It showcased works by 25 emerging arts who participated in residencies around Europe as part of the Magic Carpets platform between 2021 and 2024. The platform is made of 17 European cultural organisations which provides opportunities for artists to connect with communities and cultures in different countries.
The SUPERORGANISM concept explores human and non-human communities and the impact these collective have on individuality. It is graphically represented into a grid which is made up of smaller forms that are constantly being shaped by different factors.
The visual identity was translated in different media which include printed matter, digital artworks, apparel, packaging, exhibition way-finding, editorial and outputs for the Symposium.
